Calcium rich food

Vitamin A plays an important role in the growth of children, repair of damaged tissue, maintaining bone density. Apart from this, eye health is also associated with vitamin A.

What to feed for Vitamin A : Vitamin A is a fat soluble compound. It is found in milk, cheese, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, chillies, apricots and peaches etc.



Vitamin E rich food

Vitamin E is very important for the cellular health and better immunity of children. Due to its sufficient quantity, there no swelling will occur in the body. Vitamin E has anti-oxidant properties, which is beneficial for eye health.

What to feed for vitamin E : Nuts, vegetable oils, green leafy vegetables, whole grains, avocados, etc. are rich in vitamin E.



Iron rich food

Iron is beneficiary for the development of brain and nervous system. Lack of iron in the body also leads to lack of oxygen levels. This lack of oxygen can cause weakness and critical diseases. So you cannot ignore iron deficiency at any cost.

What to feed for iron : By feeding things like pulses, pumpkin seeds, spinach, quinoa, you can keep the amount of iron balanced in the body of children.



Fiber rich food 

Fiber i.e. fibrous things plays a vital role in keeping our digestive system right. When amount of fiber in the regular food is less, then the complaint of constipation begins. Since fiber takes a long time to digest, the baby's body gets more time to absorb other nutrients.

What to feed for fiber : Bananas, apples, berries, citrus fruits, oatmeal, potatoes, barley and vegetables provide the required amount of fiber.
