Winter is a party season! Home Party has its own fun in every winters. In this, when you drink some tea and coffee varieties, then you realize the need of some appetizers i.e. pakoras, samosas with them. So here is an amazing simple dish.

Material
1 small cup unsalted amul butter
25 button mushrooms, stem removed
150 grams Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 mini tsp garlic powder
1/5 tsp thyme, dried
1/5 mini spoon dry white wine
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup spicy dry breadcrumbs
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander, for garnishing purpose
Method
Start the kitchen oven to preheat and turn on the broil mode function. If oven doesn't have broil mode, check how to set the top most filament heating source of your OTG so that the dish can be cooked from top.
Place amul butter in a microwave safe bowl. Melt it, it will take about 40 seconds to 1 minute. Dip the bottom of each mushroom cap in the melted butter and put on a baking sheet.
Add Monterey Jack cheese, thyme and garlic powder to the butter. Add wine and soy sauce and mix. After that add required breadcrumbs to make a wet and sticky mixture.
Fill all the mushroom caps with the breadcrumb mixture well with the help of a big spoon, so that the entire filling can be used up.
Fry the mushrooms in a preheated oven for three to four and half minutes, till they become brown and bubbly.
Cool little before serving.
Garnish the mushrooms with fresh chopped coriander.
Serve as it is or with dip as a choice.
